Post Workout Green Juice


There is a million possibilities to combine ingredients for green juices, but I especially love this one for it’s freshness. This is one of my favourite post-workout juices, because it gives you a lot of magnesium from the spinach which is important for your muscles and cucumber contains high amounts of hydration which is great after a sweaty gym session! Cucumbers also contain silica which contributes to the construction of connective tissue in bones, muscles etc. The apples and pears add some sweetness to it as well as goodness such as vitamins and anti-oxidants. If you want to add a tropical twist add some ripe pineapple and the result will be so amazing! A boost of energy to start your day right! 

Makes 1 big glass

1 handful spinach
1/2 cucumber
1 apples
1 pear
1/4 pineapple (optional)

Through all ingredients into your juicer et voilà.
