Anti-Inflammatory Juice

I love to have this juice first thing in the morning as it wakes your right up and I don't know if it's the colour but it just puts you in a great mood. Pineapple is loaded with vitamin C, fiber, vitamin B2, B6, manganese and potassium. Studies have shown that it's enzyme bromelain, can help treat and reduce inflammation, break up fat cells, and help your body build collagen which is great for your skin. Cucumbers keep you hydrated,  contains an anti-inflammatory flavonol called fisetin that appears to play an important role in your brain health and are full of antioxidants. We all know and apple a day keeps the doctor away, and in this recipe also helps balance out flavour.

For 1 tall glass: 
 

  • ¼ pineapple
  • 1/2  cucumbers
  • 1 small apple
