I absolutely love having this smoothie after the gym, as it’s so refreshing and full of nutrients and proteins.
Blueberries are an excellent source for vitamins and antioxidants, Goji berries contain protein, fiber, iron and are also antioxidants.
Bananas are notably rich in manganese, vitamns, potassium and fiber and hemp seed powder is a really really great source of plant-based protein.
For 1 smoothie
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful kale
1 tablespoon of hemp seed powder
2 pitted dates
a few goji berries
Mix everything together with ___ ml of water and blend until smooth!
Note: I love to have the kale and blueberries frozen, especially when they are not in season, as they will taste better and they make the juice so much fresher!!
