This is such a quick and easy breakfast that I love to have during warmer months as you don’t always want to have a hot bowl of steaming porridge!
You simply have to put two tablespoons of chia seeds into a bowl, cover with almond milk and cover with oats, stirr everything together and leave to the side for a couple of minutes so the oats and chia seeds absorb the milk.
You can make your tea or juice in the mean time!
After a couple of minutes add the yoghurt and top with banana, almonds, goji berries and almond butter.
You can also add honey or maple syrup to make it a little sweeter!
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons oats
1 small coconut or soy yoghurt
optional: honey or maple syrup
