Literally cannot get enough of this!! I love matcha, but if you don't yet, this is a good drink to start with because it somehow doesn't taste as strong! As you can see from the colour I also don't add too much, so it doesn't become too bitter, but you can adjust according to your taste!
1 cup/glass almond or coconut milk
handful ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
heat up 1/4 of the milk and dissolve the matcha in it to form almost a paste (if you don't do this you'll just have clumps of matcha in cold milk). Once it's all evenly broken up pour it into a glass, add the rest of the milk and the ice cubes to it, mix well and you're good to go!
