Makes one cup:
1 cup of plant-based milk (almond & cashew are best)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place a cup of plant-based milk in a saucepan and warm up, don't bring it to boil or you will loose all of the goodness.
Once the milk starts becoming warmer add the honey and mix. Then add the turmeric and cinnamon and mix until it's fully and evenly dissolved in the milk!
*be VERY careful with the turmeric as it stains heavily and you usually can't get it out of any fabric!!
