As some of you might know I have been dealing with a high glycemic index, so some fruits are not really in the picture for me right now for their sugar content but I figured out a smoothie with the ones on the lower GI spectrum :) (self high-five)It actually tastes really good and it's of a super nice and creamy consistency thanks to the avocado, which by the way is amazing for your skin too!
1 cup almond milk
1 handful washed spinach
1 granny smith (green) apple
3 ice cubes
blend everything together and you're good to go!
