Something I find myself continously talking about with friends is skin care.
As many of them know I used to have quite bad skin some time ago and now it has gotten so much better, thank god!
So I thought you may want to know how I did it and possibly try it out yourself...
When my skin was still quite bad, I went through so many different creams and soaps etc, but they all didn't work on me, except for one: Eau Thermale Avène Cleanance.
I used to wash my face with it morning and evening, but know that it's better I only do it at night.
Important: you only need a drop of it to make it work magic on your skin!
Paired with the soap, there is also the Eau Thermale Avène TriAcnéal, which is a cream that you specifically apply on spots.
It is quite strong so be careful not to apply too much.
This one really impressed me, you apply a tiny tiny amount on the spot at night and the next day it's almost gone!!! Not lying! ;)
My most recent discovery, which is also very good and completely natural, is sulfur soap!
I believe this one is only good for someone with more oily skin, definitely not for someone with dry one, since drying the skin is it's job!
It reduces the oil on your skin and decreases the inflammation of spots and blemishes. It also helps fight against white and black heads.
Once a week you should do a scrub, but be very careful, massaging it onto your skin slowly and gently, otherwise the treatment will be to rough for the skin.
I have a homemade scrub made of brown cane sugar, honey and an essential oil, jojoba.
If you don't have an essential oil you can easily just use cane sugar and honey!
Way to save money and have something healthy and natural to apply onto your skin ;)
Last but definitely not least: DRINK DRINK DRINK - water of course- .
Get used to drinking at least 1 /1.5 litres a day, I don't even know where to begin telling you how good it is!!
An extra tipp is too drink water with half a lemon's juice in it, it clears and brightens your skin!
I hope this helps me as well as it helped me!
Let me know ;)
